Flasher de pixel travado
Flashes red, green and blue ten times a second inside a small square you drag over the stuck pixel. Leave it running for 10 to 20 minutes. It cannot repair a dead (always black) pixel.
Atenção: cores piscando rapidamente podem desencadear convulsões em pessoas com epilepsia fotossensível. Não olhe diretamente para o quadrado piscando.

This dead pixel test fills your whole screen with one solid colour at a time so faulty pixels stand out. It works on any monitor, laptop, TV, tablet or phone with a web browser, and needs no download. Use it when you buy a new or second-hand screen, while you can still return it.
How to test your screen for dead pixels
- Clean the screen so dust is not mistaken for a faulty pixel.
- Press Start the full-screen test. Click, tap or use the arrow keys to move through black, white, red, green, blue, cyan, magenta, yellow and grey.
- Look closely at each colour. Press Esc when you are done.
Dead, stuck and hot pixels
- Dead pixel: always black. It shows up best on the white screen. A dead pixel usually cannot be repaired.
- Stuck pixel: always one colour, often red, green or blue. It shows up on the black screen and on colours it does not match. Stuck pixels can sometimes be revived.
- Hot pixel: always white or bright, visible on the black screen.
Can a stuck pixel be fixed?
Sometimes. The stuck pixel flasher cycles a small square through red, green and blue ten times a second; drag it over the stuck pixel and leave it running for 10 to 20 minutes. This can unstick a subpixel, but it does not work on every screen and cannot repair a dead pixel. The flasher stays off until you confirm the photosensitivity warning.
Most manufacturers publish a pixel policy that says how many faulty pixels make a screen eligible for replacement, so note the position and colour of any you find. Also try the keyboard tester.
Perguntas frequentes
How do I check my monitor for dead pixels?
Open the full-screen test and look at each solid colour. A dead pixel appears as a black dot on white; a stuck pixel is a coloured dot that stays the same on every background.
What is the difference between a dead and a stuck pixel?
A dead pixel gets no power and stays black. A stuck pixel has one or more subpixels permanently on, so it shows a single colour such as red, green or blue.
Can a dead pixel fix itself?
Rarely. Stuck pixels sometimes recover with a pixel flasher or on their own, but a truly dead pixel is usually permanent.
Does the test work on phones and TVs?
Yes. Open the page in the device’s browser. Where fullscreen is not allowed, the colour still covers the whole page.
Is the pixel flasher safe?
It flashes colours rapidly, which can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. It only covers a small square and only starts after you confirm the warning; do not look at it while it runs.
